This session was born in Florence. After I recovered from a Stendhal syndrome, I went into the Palazzo Pitti. If you have just one day in Florence, it's not part of the common path, but it is totally worth it. I realize now that I haven't spent any time working on the photos of this travel. Maybe I should keep it for Vemödalen.
Anyway. I came across some busts in the museum. Pristine white marble. The sheets look so real, as if they had been frozen, not carved in stone. I asked Irene if she felt like there was something to explore there. And here we are. Shooting film in Madrid after a idea sparked in the outskirts of Florence.
